Dr. Stefan Fink is regarded as an astute and highly experienced litigator with special skills in the area of debt collection and bankruptcy law. His professional experience includes years of involvement in one of the largest bankruptcy and debt restructuring proceedings in Swiss economic history. Dr. Stefan Fink regularly publishes in his specialist areas in renowned legal journals.
Dr. Stefan Fink received his doctorate in law from the University of Zurich in 2007. In 2015, the University of Zurich awarded him a doctorate on the basis of his dissertation on "Private witness questioning in civil proceedings". Stefan Fink began his professional career as a research assistant at the Chair of Private Law at the Institute of Law at the University of Zurich under Prof. D. A. Büchler. This was followed by a two-year assignment as an auditor and legal secretary at the District Court of Bülach. He then worked for several years at a leading Zurich commercial law firm before finally joining beelegal at the beginning of 2019.
