The Kalaidos Group, Switzerland's largest privately owned educational institution with over 30,000 students, has created a new Competence Center for Legal Risk Management in its Continuing Education division. The head of the competence center is Dr. Markus Bösiger, founding partner of beelegal.
From summer 2019, the competence center will offer the continuing education course CAS Legal Risk Management. The course consists of six teaching days, 250 learning hours and awards 10 ECTS points.
In addition to general risk management with topics such as corporate governance, compliance, ICS, transaction risk management and conflict risk management are trained in particular. With lecturers recognized beyond national borders, the course offers concentrated practical knowledge for C-level executives.
