Contracts with vision - and depth

It has become a tradition at beecorporate to sign important contracts in special places. For example, the four founding partners of beelegal signed their partnership agreement in the Federal Council Chamber of the Federal Palace in Bern, organized by founding partner and former National Councillor Hans Egloff. The signing ceremony for the founding of beetax was to take place at three locations at the same time, namely at the triangulation point on the Titlis in Bern, Uri and Obwalden.

Unusual places, clear signs

For safety reasons, however, the summit climb was then abandoned and the signing was only carried out on Klein Titlis. A new depth record was then set in the summer of 2022, when the contract for the acquisition of a stake in ITS Treuhand AG (soon to be beeaccounting AG) was signed almost 90 meters underwater in a submarine in Lake Lucerne.

These unusual venues for corporate milestones are more than they might seem at first glance. They are an expression of a corporate culture with the ambition to break out of the usual thought patterns.

This refers to the little things that make a difference. One of the guiding principles at beelegal is: "There are no legal problems". What does that mean? To put it in a nutshell: A client is ultimately not interested in being instructed about the legal situation, but in achieving a specific result that he is seeking. He wants a service to be provided, for example to receive a sum of money; or he does not want to provide a service that has been wrongly demanded and does not want to have to pay the money. The client's problems are always essentially of an economic nature. The law is always only a means and never an end in itself. Consequently, the focus of legal work is not on intellectual flights of fancy, but always on solving a specific problem.

In this sense, we strive for difference, a corporate culture based on the motto "beedifferentiate".
